When do I need an Appointment?
For Bridal Gowns to allow you to have the privacy of the Boutique for you & anyone in your party.
To book one of the Services available.
What is your refund policy?
On Boutique Merchandise:
Returnable for credit only
(within 14 days of purchase with receipt)
What is your return policy?
No returns
On Sale Items
Or custom & special orders.
What is your policy on Bridal Gowns?
All sales final
(No Exceptions)
What is your policy on Deposits?
No deposit refunds on custom & special orders.
How long do you hold items?
Boutique merchandise will be held until an agreed date.
If you do not come in or call by that date, deposit is forfeited.
If contacted prior, deposit will be a credit only.
What about deposits on Bridal Gowns?
Gowns held until an agreed date, but not more than 2 days.
If you do not come in or call by that date, deposit is forfeited.
In the event that you change your mind about a held gown, within the time of hold, deposit can be used toward another gown ONLY!
